Biographical Information - Honorable David F. Broderick

David F. Broderick, born in 1947, admitted to bar in 1972, practices law at Broderick and Associates; also admitted to practice before U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky.  Preparatory education, Western Kentucky University (B.A., 1969); legal education, Universtiy of Louisville (J.D., 1972).  Law Clerk, Kentucky Court of Appeals, now Kentucky Supreme Court, 1972-73.  Member:  Louisville, Bowling Green-Warren County, Kentucky, American and Federal Bar Associations; Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; Southern Trial Lawyers Association; Kentucky Defense Counsel, Inc.,; Defense Research Institute, Inc.  David F. Broderick was appointed as Warren County’s Master Commissioner in 1991. 

His specialty's include Civil, Trial and Appellate Practice.  General Insurance, Insurance Defense Litigation, Criminal, Medical Malpractice, Commercial, Banking, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Domestic Relations, Personal Injury, Probate and Workers' Compensation Law.
